Sprinkler systems can be installed in new build housing & care homes, but can also be retro fitted to existing properties to allow freedom in design or bring you the peace of mind, knowing your family are protected in the event of a fire.

A Domestic property is a dwelling that has no more than one family unit. This could be a house, individual flats and maisonettes. BS 9251: 2021 requires that a sprinkler system must be designed to ensure that two sprinkler heads can be fed by a water supply for at least 10 minutes - these tend to be Category 1 Systems.
A Residential property is classified as buildings used for: care homes, nursing homes, blocks of flats, houses of multiple occupancy (HMOs). BS 9251: 2021 requires that a sprinkler system must be designed to ensure that four sprinkler heads can be fed by a water supply for at least 30 minutes.- these tend to be Category 2 / 3 Systems.
